Terms of Use

These terms apply when you download or play games made by Baela Games, a trade name of KAMİL TARIK AKGÜN, Şemikler Mh. 6221/9 Sk. No:4 K:2 D:3, Karşıyaka, İzmir, Türkiye ("we", "us"), including Moonquack. By playing, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not play. The terms of the App Store or Google Play also apply to your download and purchases.

1. Your licence to play

We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to play our games on devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial entertainment. The games and everything in them (art, characters, music, code) belong to us or our licensors.

2. Virtual items

Coins, lives, upgrades, costumes and other in-game items are part of the licence: they have no real-world value, cannot be exchanged for money and cannot be sold or transferred outside the game. Purchases are final once the item is delivered, except where the law or the store's refund policy says otherwise. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google. You can restore non-consumable purchases, such as Remove Ads, from the Shop.

3. Player names and fair play

Player names must be your own creation and must not be offensive, hateful, sexual, impersonate others or include personal data. We may change or remove names that break this rule. Do not cheat, use bots or modified versions of the game, exploit bugs, or interfere with our services or other players. We may suspend or reset accounts that do.

4. Ads

Our free games show ads, including rewarded ads you can choose to watch. Ads are provided by third parties; we are not responsible for their content or for the products they offer. How ad data is used is explained in our Privacy Policy.

5. Changes and availability

We keep improving our games and may change, add or remove features, levels or items, or stop offering a game, with reasonable notice where possible. Online features need an internet connection and may sometimes be unavailable.

6. Disclaimer and liability

Our games are provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for losses caused by events outside our control. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer that cannot be limited by contract.

7. Ending these terms

You can stop playing and delete the game at any time. We may end your licence if you seriously or repeatedly break these terms.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live, and you may bring claims in your local courts.
